How Unconscious Patterns Change Health: No Diet, No Gym, Same Body
A man lived with stage-3 migraines for 20 years, saw 10 neurosurgeons, and had no relief. After working on his unconscious patterns through Excellence Installation Technology, the pain was completely gone by April 2019 and has not returned. Systemic health, it turns out, is often a downstream effect of what is running beneath the surface.

The things to take from this
001Health is Often a Downstream Signal
The body reports what the unconscious is running. Persistent conditions, especially those that do not respond to medical treatment, are frequently downstream signals of unresolved patterns operating outside conscious awareness. Shifting the pattern changes the signal.
002The Body Does Not Need Permission to Heal
When an 11-year shoulder pain vanishes, or wheezing clears without medication, it is not a mystery. The body is always trying to regulate toward wellbeing. What obstructs it are unconscious holding patterns. Remove the pattern, and the body does what it already knows how to do.
003Unexplained Conditions Often Have Unconscious Explanations
Couples with no medical diagnosis for infertility, people with medically clean reports who still cannot function well, individuals who smoke 30 cigarettes a day despite wanting to stop: these are not failures of willpower. They are signatures of unconscious objections or states that the conscious mind cannot access or override on its own.
004Systemic Change Happens at the Level of Installation
A single shift at the level of unconscious patterning can cascade across health, relationships, performance, and state simultaneously. This is why multiple symptoms resolve at the same time. The work is not on the symptom. The work is on the pattern generating it.
Part 01
Twenty Years of Migraines and One Conversation That Changed Everything
A man walked in carrying 20 years of migraine pain. He had seen 10 neurosurgeons across the world. He had tried every available medication.
None of it worked. His condition was classified as stage 3, one stage below stroke. He was not looking for another treatment. He was looking for something he had not tried yet.
What he found was not a medical intervention. Antano Solar John and Harini are Personal Evolution Scientists. They do not work on health.
They work on the unconscious patterns that shape how a person moves through the world. The distinction is important. A migraine is a symptom.
An unconscious holding pattern is the upstream condition that the symptom is reporting. Treating the symptom without addressing the pattern is like silencing a fire alarm without finding the fire.
By April 2019, the migraine was gone. Not reduced. Not managed.
Gone. Not even the tiniest bit of it remained. The man who had spent two decades in neurological pain was pain-free, and had been for two months at the point of sharing his account.
The outcome was not the goal of the work. It was the downstream effect of a shift that happened at a much deeper level. This is what systemic health actually looks like when it changes from the inside out.
Part 02
July 4th: The Last Cigarette and the Pattern Behind the Habit
He smoked 30 cigarettes a day. He was a chain smoker by any definition. July 4th was the last day he remembers smoking.
After that, the habit stopped. Not through a program, not through nicotine replacement, not through any direct intervention aimed at the smoking itself. The pattern driving the compulsion shifted, and the compulsion left with it.
This is a recurring signature in systemic health changes that happen through Excellence Installation Technology. The work is never on the behavior. It is on the unconscious architecture that makes the behavior feel necessary.
A person smokes 30 cigarettes a day not because they lack information about harm, but because the smoking is serving a function in their nervous system. It is regulating something. Addressing the underlying state makes the behavior redundant.
When the nervous system no longer needs the regulation that the cigarette was providing, the compulsion loses its grip.
In the same account, wheezing cleared. Muscle spasm stopped completely. A neck issue that had persisted for years resolved.
A phobia of water disappeared. These changes arrived together, not one after another through separate interventions. This is the nature of systemic change: it does not negotiate with symptoms one at a time.
It shifts the substrate from which multiple symptoms emerge simultaneously. The man who quit on July 4th was calmer, more composed, and physically different in several ways that had nothing to do with smoking. That is not coincidence. That is how a pattern shift propagates through a system.
Systemic health, in this frame, is not something that is built by accumulating wellness habits. It is something that emerges when the deeper patterns running the system are no longer in conflict with the body's natural orientation toward health. The habits follow from the state.
The state follows from the pattern. The pattern is where the leverage actually lives.
The pattern, as a circuit. One trigger, and it runs the full loop on its own. A pattern runs from one source. That is why it returns no matter how much effort goes in at the surface.
Part 03
Infertility, Office Rage, and the Unconscious Objections No Test Can Find
The distinction
She had done everything right. Tests were correct. Reports were clean.
Doctors found no medical reason. Yet she and her partner had not been able to conceive. This category of unexplained infertility is more common than many medical literature acknowledges.
The body is functioning correctly by every measurable marker, yet the outcome is not arriving. The question that goes unasked in many clinical contexts is: what is the unconscious running that is interfering?
Antano Solar John uses the phrase unconscious objection to describe this precisely. The objection is not conscious. The person wanting to conceive is completely sincere.
But somewhere in the architecture of the nervous system, a pattern is running that is not aligned with the outcome. It is not resistance in the emotional sense. It is a structural feature of how the system is currently organized. When that structure shifts, the outcome that was blocked becomes available.
A different person in the same context described a persistent state at work: always irritated, always shouting, a bad environment that seemed to follow him. That state is also a pattern. It is not a personality trait.
It is not a character flaw. It is an unconscious configuration that fires in certain contexts and produces a predictable output. When the configuration changes, the output changes with it.
He described becoming more calm and composed. Not by practicing calm. By shifting the pattern that was generating the agitation.
This is what Personal Evolution Scientists mean when they say that systemic health is downstream of unconscious patterning. The body is not separate from the system. The shoulder pain that lasted 11 years was not a structural problem that required structural intervention.
It was the body's report of a pattern held in the nervous system. When the pattern released, so did the pain. Systemic health, at its root, is a question of what the unconscious is running and whether the patterns serving the person in the past are still the ones worth keeping.

The video series shows the session dynamic in full, including exactly where the intervention lands and what changes in the person in the room.
Surface work bounces. Advice, effort and willpower operate at the level of conscious thought, so they bounce off. The pattern runs one level below. Change it there, and the old loop has nothing left to run on.A × T = C™. Antano and Harini's formula: Adjustment times Time equals Consequences. Effort on the wrong adjustment barely moves the needle in decades. The right adjustment, made once at the source, compounds for years.

Unconscious PatternA habitual configuration of the nervous system that operates below conscious awareness and generates predictable outputs in behavior, state, and physical response. Unconscious patterns are not accessible through willpower or intention alone.
InstallationThe process by which a new capability, state, or pattern is embedded at the level of the unconscious so that it becomes automatic and generative rather than effortful or conscious.
Systemic HealthA condition of physical, emotional, and functional wellbeing that emerges as a downstream effect of the underlying patterns running in the nervous system, rather than as the direct result of treating individual symptoms.
Unconscious ObjectionA pattern running in the nervous system that conflicts with a consciously desired outcome, producing blocks that do not appear in standard diagnostic testing but prevent the outcome from being reached.
Questions people ask
How does working on unconscious patterns improve systemic health?
The body continuously responds to the patterns running in the nervous system. When those patterns carry unresolved conflict, chronic tension, or states of threat, the body reflects that over time in symptoms ranging from pain to hormonal shifts to immune dysregulation. Shifting the pattern removes the upstream cause, and the body's natural orientation toward regulation takes over. The health change is a downstream effect, not a direct target.
Is this a medical treatment or alternative therapy?
Neither. Excellence Installation Technology is not a medical treatment and does not position itself as one. It works on unconscious patterns that affect the whole person, including state, capability, and behavior. Health changes reported by participants are outcomes they describe, not clinical claims. Anyone with a medical condition should continue working with their medical team.
Can a 20-year-old chronic condition actually resolve through this work?
The accounts shared in this context include exactly that: a stage-3 migraine present for 20 years that resolved completely by April 2019, an 11-year shoulder pain that cleared, and wheezing that stopped without direct intervention. These are participant accounts. The work does not target conditions directly, but when the underlying pattern shifts, conditions that were driven or sustained by that pattern frequently change.
Why do multiple health issues resolve at the same time?
Because multiple symptoms are often expressions of the same underlying pattern. When the pattern shifts, the downstream expressions of it shift simultaneously. This is why participants often report changes across several areas at once, including sleep, pain, anxiety, and physical function, after a single pattern-level shift.
What does systemic health mean in this context?
Systemic health here means the overall functioning of the body and nervous system as an integrated system, not the absence of a specific diagnosed condition. When the system as a whole is running cleaner patterns, health across multiple domains tends to stabilize or improve. The word systemic points to the whole, not to any single organ or complaint.

The most important thing in my life right now is fit and healthy. To me, one of the most fascinating aspects of a person's wellbeing is how it impacts their health. I have a very bad environment in the office. I'm always irritated and shouting. I haven't been able to conceive, shown doctors, but the test reports are all correct. So there's no issue, but still, you know. Pressure from both sides, getting more work from here and plus losing people, nobody to do work. I had always had the complaint of migraine. Medicines don't affect much. Handled much more stresses than what I handle now. I've seen about 10 neurosurgeons across the world. This migraine is not going away. It's been 20 years with me. Subveical spondylosis is the sort of pain which happens in the neck. I would say three, four years. I have a persistent shoulder pain, which has been there for 11 years. So we're not medical doctors. We don't work on people's health. But what we do is we help people notice their unconscious patterns. And when we shift them, it has led in the past for some people to achieve significant difference in their overall wellbeing, including their health. From last up, I think I was very... There were a lot of other changes also that had happened in me. But I was very excited about this one change of being pregnant and conceiving and having a child. The whole thing was so beautiful and nice. It has been two years now. I have been coming here and I have not had that pain. Say, April 2019, the pain is not there. Not even the tiniest bit of it. The status of migraine, it is the third stage. The fourth stage is stroke. OK, so I am in the third stage of migraine. That's serious. The last two months, it has gone down. I had a physical health issue which was corrected at that point of time. And up, wheezing has gone. Then, a phobia of water has gone. Muscle sprain, the spasm is completely gone. The neck issue is completely gone. I am more calm and composed and chilled out. July 4th is the last day, I remember. I smoked. And after that, I have quit smoking. I was a chain smoker. I used to smoke about 30 cigarettes a day. There are often so many people who, you know, they are medically fit and everything is fine, but just aren't able to conceive even though everything is within parameters. They are doing all the right things. Suddenly, you realize that there was an unconscious objection. Maybe there was too much stress. And then you make those adjustments in their unconscious patterns and you start noticing, for some people, it has happened that they are able to conceive right after that. All my tests are all good, but haven't been able to conceive. One, one and a half year before I started to try, it was very stressful in terms of whether right now is not the right time to conceive because we cannot support a child. We are not stable in our life. So I think that was one of the major things which stopped us. And then month by month, my husband got a job. Still, I couldn't conceive. But even after that, for eight months, we were trying and it didn't happen. The important thing is a lot of times, it's kind of difficult for the person to self-evaluate and arrive at the conclusion of this is my mindset. If we could identify them and sort that out, and sorting it out takes very less time. You know, like I remember this lady we worked with, it was just a 45-minute session. And she had like an unconscious objection because she thought that her career would come to an end. But after the session, she realized that she came to the conclusion that, you know, in fact, her career is going to be enhanced because of the child she's going to have. And I think that was it. Within three months, she was able to conceive. Very comfortable with the family, even in a relationship with my husband and all is very nice. I have luckily got a very calm kid, which other people, which makes them feel that I'm a good parent, but he's just a good child. Sometimes I think the patterning machine in our head, which I like to call the unconscious, needs to be educated about simple facts. For example, some people we've worked with where they've had a fall when they were young and they had this back pain. And I think at that point, the back pain had a useful purpose, you know, it allowed them to recover because if they keep moving when they have a fracture, it's going to take a longer time to heal. But then many years later, even after 15, 20 years, for some people, what happens is that the back is recovered properly. This can show everything is fine, but they still continue to have the pain. And it's like as if their body has forgotten that that pain that was useful at that point is no longer relevant. And that's what I mean. But that's an example and analogy of what I mean by unconscious education. Sometimes you need to re-educate the unconscious mind about what is relevant for the moment. This pain in my elbow where sometimes I could not even lift a pen. And it was a persistent pain and it was ongoing 24 hours. And for about six, seven months, I had my surgery done and all kind of tests and everything. Nothing helped. Then Harini helped me and the reframing was done. And it's been three months. It happened in April and July. And on the scale of nine to, I mean, from one to ten, if it was ten that time, now it's hardly one. So it comes sometimes in a week or so. So I guess in a few months it will be completely gone. A big category of clients that we get are sort of people who are sent by doctors because the doctor is able to, using preventive medicine technologies, being able to predict that if that person doesn't change their lifestyle, something bad is probably going to happen. They're able to say these things now. And when doctors send these patients, what they tell us is that if we could help them make a change in their lifestyle, it's going to make a significant difference to how they live their life and how long they probably are going to live their life. And most people know the dangers, but they don't have the ability to make that shift. A lot of time we put it on discipline. We blame the person saying we are not disciplined. The person blames himself or herself saying they're not disciplined. But I think there's more going on. We are called humans are complex in nature. And part of what we do is understanding that if someone could do it, they would have done it. And if someone is unable to change their lifestyle, what unconscious patterns do we need to tweak so that they have the choice to make it easy and natural for them to have the new lifestyle so that they need to live and want to live. How did this happen? You know, there's this magic man called Antono. And he does something. And then you are a completely different person altogether. I want to convey my utmost gratitude to Antono and Harini. I really appreciate the kindness that you guys have to help others and the urge that you have to help others. Every time that I used to come to these sessions and go back to work, that is where you're tested the most because that is where you spend your time. My God, people used to be like, you know what? What has changed in you? We don't know. But something is very nice about you. Right? So that's a good thing, right? At least for people who have perceived you in a very different way for so long. And now things are changing for you in a positive way. You know, something was really changing inside me as a person. I have changed a lot in these few months. I've not evolved so much in so many years that have lived as much as it's been in this seven to eight months that I've changed so much, evolved so much. It's a beautiful way of upgrading a person. I think that was brilliant. Awesome. Life changed. Amazing.
